We began making full-sized truck parts in 2009. Coming from steel and welding backgrounds, we saw what was out there and wanted to build something capable of heavy-duty applications. We built HNC on the promise that everything we make is personally crafted to perfection for every single client.

Order Placement

Orders may be placed by phone to our office at 855-919-4273. Our regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Product
Application

Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. Off-road driving is an inherently dangerous activity. All products sold by Hard Notched Customs, LLC are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may, under certain circumstances, void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Hard Notched Customs, LCC strongly recommends that all products be installed only by trained professionals.

Payment

We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Washington State residents are subject to sales tax.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped via Freight Delivery or UPS, unless other arrangements are made. You must provide a residential or business address for delivery. Shipping amounts can be estimated by calling us directly. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or lost goods should be reported to the carrier.

Warranty

All products carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us prior to returning products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or on a copy of the invoice inside. Warranties only apply to the owner of the vehicle with a Hard Notched Customs receipt.

Returns

Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact us prior to returning any products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or on a copy of the invoice inside. Any returns made without the necessary information to clearly identify the sender will be held for 15 days and then returned to stock.
